새로운 세대의 HOBART Utensil Washers는 독일 Stuttgart에서 열리는 전시회와 함부르크에서 열리는 전시회에서 국제적으로 처음으로 공개됩니다.

효율성과 경제성은 이번 새로운 세대 Utensil Washers의 비장의 무기입니다.

옵션으로 선택할 수 있는 “HEAT RECOVERY SYSTEM”은 최대 6,350 kWh 까지 절약 할 수 있습니다.

모든 기술적인 요소들은 기계 내부에서 보호되기 때문에, 기계 하부청소에 어려움을 없앴습니다.

또한, 세척 동안 탱크 내의 오염 수준을 지속적으로 모니터링하고, 필요한 경우, 세척수의 재생을 자동으로 늘립니다.

VISIOTRONIC의 디스플레이를 통하여 즉각적으로 확인이 가능하고 조절할 수 있습니다.세척기 청소 부분의 개선사항은, 새로운 CLIP-IN System을 통하여 세척암과 린스암을 다른 공구의 필요 없이 빠르게 제거하고 부착할 수 있습니다.

또한, HOBART Utensil Washers는 LOW-TEMP TECHNOLOGY가 적용되어 치명적인 식중독과 오염을 유발할 수 있는 고기의 단백질과 피의 응고를 막습니다.

Right at the turn of the year, HOBART, the world market leader for commercial warewashing, will introduce a new generation of its utensil washers. Early in 2016, they will be presented to the public for the first time at the international trade shows Intergastra in Stuttgart and Internorga in Hamburg.

Economy and efficiency are the trump cards in the new utensil washer range. An optional available heat recovery can save up to 6,350 kWh per year. As all technical components are enclosed in the housing, cleaning beneath the machine is particularly easy. Optionally, installation on a base is possible as well.

The level of soil in the tank is permanently monitored and the regeneration of the wash water is automatically increased if necessary during the washing process. The programme status is immediately visible on the display of the VISIOTRONIC control, and the programme can be adjusted at any time.

For cleaning, the wash and rinse arms can be removed and installed quickly and without any tools by means of the innovative CLIP-IN system. Specifically for butchers' shops, the HOBART utensil washers are available with a Low-Temp wash programme which prevents the coagulation of blood and protein in the dishwasher.
